You may have heard about the news story last year when a man got stuck and passed away in the Nutty Putty Cave out in Utah. He and his wife had a young daughter and a son on the way. Her brother and his friends are riding their bikes coast to coast to benefit a foundation that financial helps widows and widowers. You can visit their site at www.nuttyputtycyclers.com
They came through Jesup this weekend, and we were excited for them to come to our Primary opening exercises this morning. Believe me, I have NEVER heard the "Hello Song" sung so well. (We had them be the echo. :)
Here is a pic of our Primary and the Nutty Putty Cyclers. . .

Scripture Journal Cover
Starting this Sunday, we are going to be trying out having the kids do "Scripture Journal" entries at least one Sunday a month, based on the idea from the January Friend. Each child and adult will have their own scripture journal, that we will keep in the primary room. This Sunday, we will introduce them, let them color/decorate their cover and begin studying the January scripture, plus complete some of the activities described in the magazine.
