Scripture Journal Cover

Starting this Sunday, we are going to be trying out having the kids do "Scripture Journal" entries at least one Sunday a month, based on the idea from the January Friend. Each child and adult will have their own scripture journal, that we will keep in the primary room. This Sunday, we will introduce them, let them color/decorate their cover and begin studying the January scripture, plus complete some of the activities described in the magazine.

8 is Great!

The program went really well -- all 6 "8 is Great" kids were there along with their families. 2/3 members of our Bishopric, both my counselors. . .it was . . .well. . .GREAT. :)

8 is Great!

We have six Primary kids turning 8 in the next 12 months, and for Jesup, that is a LOT! Kaleigh, Maggie, TJ, Jacob, Caleb, and Gage will all be getting baptized in the coming months, and we are having an "8 is Great" fireside for them. This is the first one we've ever had, and I'm excited about it!
